Note:
1.Виконавець зобовязується надавати послуги в порядку та за ціною, визначеною в Договорі, в період з 01 січня 2022 року по 01 квітня 2022 року включно. 2.Загальна сума вартості Договору на момент підписання даного Додаткового договору з усіма змінами становить 199900,00 грн. з ПДВ. Відповідно до затверджених видатків на 2022 рік, 20% від суми Договору про закупівлю складає 39980 грн. з ПДВ. 3.Кількість послуг які повинні надаватись є визначено умовами договору.
