У зв’язку зі зміною найменування Підприємства з Комунального некомерційного підприємства «Центральна районна лікарня Ренійської районної ради Одеської області» на Комунальне некомерційне підприємство «Центральна міська лікарня Ренійської міської ради» (скорочене найменування КНП «Ренійська ЦМЛ») , про що внесено відповідний запис в Єдиний державний реєстр юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємців та громадських формувань (№389109740469 від 16.02.2021р.), Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору:
внести зміни в преамбулу Договору в частині, найменування Замовника, а саме замінити словосполучення «Комунальне некомерційне підприємство «Центральна районна лікарня Ренійської районної ради Одеської області» на словосполучення «… Комунальне некомерційне підприємство «Центральна міська лікарня Ренійської міської ради» (скорочене найменування КНП «Ренійська ЦМЛ»)…», далі за змістом.
