Сума Договору становить 1 996 436 грн. 20 коп.

Керуючись умовами Договору та пунктом 8 частини 5 та частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зі змінами збільшити суму договору на 285 582,65 грн., внести відповідні зміни у п. 3.2. Договору та викласти його у наступній редакції: «Сума цього Договору становить 1 720 386,85 грн. (один мільйон сімсот двадцять тисяч триста вісімдесят шість грн. 85 коп.), без ПДВ», кількість пацієнтів- 36032.
