У зв’язку з виробничою необхідністю “Покупця” щодо закупівлі стисненого природного газу (метану), керуючись ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” №922-VIII від 25.12.2015 року, “Покупець” та “Продавець” дійшли згоди продовжити дію договору про закупівлю на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі в 2018 році, в обсязі 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, що складає 58800,00 грн. (п‘ятдеят вісім тисяч вісімсот гривень, 00 коп. ), в тому числі ПДВ (20%) – 9800,00 грн. (дев’ять тисяч вісімсот гривень, 00 коп.), шляхом внесення змін до п.п.2.2., 4.9.,12.1. договору № ЛО649К від 06 квітня 2017 року, виклавши їх у такій редакції: «п.2.2. Кількість Продукції, яку планується відпустити Довіреним особам Покупця складає 20 068 куб.м. (двадцять тисяч шістдесят вісім куб.м.).». «п. 4.9. Ціна Договору (загальна вартість Продукції, що планується відпустити Довіреним особам Покупця) складає 352800,00 грн. (триста п’ятдесят дві тисячі вісімсот гривень оо коп..) з ПДВ .)». «п.12.1. Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати підписання та діє до 31 березня 2018 року.».
