В зв’язку з затримкою в підписанні договору по проведеній процедурі закупівлі на початок наступного року сторони дійшли взаємної згоди викласти п.1 додаткової угоди №5 від 30.12.2021р. в наступній редакції : «1. Відповідно до п.6 Статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» подовжити дію договору №1739 від 02.03.2021р., (далі – Договір) на строк до 25.01.2022р. достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року.
