На підставі ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони дійшли згоди внести наступне до Договору зменшити обсяг закупівлі на 13,96633 тис.м.куб. та викласти в новій редакції Наступні пункти Договору: «1.2 Річний плановий обсяг постачання газу – до 216,03367 тис. м. куб 3.6. Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу, поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором, і становить 2 181 940,08 грн. (два мільйони сто вісімдесят одна тисяча дев’ятсот сорок грн. 08 коп.), у т. ч. ПДВ – 20%.»
