1.Сторони погодились змінити пункт 4.3. Договору на постачання природного газу та викласти його в наступній редакції: П.4.3. Станом з 01.12.2017 року ціна природного газу за 1000 куб.м. без врахування вартості послуг розподілу становить: 10119,12 ( десять тисяч сто дев’ятнадцять гривень, 12 коп),
в тому числі:
- газ природний 9402,00 з ПДВ; 7835,00 без ПДВ; 1567,00 ПДВ;
- тариф на транспортування природного газу магістральними трубопроводами ПАТ «Укртрансгаз» 252,12 з ПДВ; 210,10 без ПДВ; 42,02 ПДВ.
2. Доповнити розділ 10 «Строк дії Договору та інші умови» Договору на постачання природного газу наступним змістом: П.10.6. Відповідно до п.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VІІI дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено установленому порядку».

1. Ціна додаткової угоди складає 202386,66грн (двісті дві тисячі триста вісімдесят шість гривень 66 копійок), що становить 20% від ціни Договору, у тому числі ПДВ 33731,11грн (тридцять три тисячі сімсот тридцять одна гривня 11 копійок).
2. Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з 05.01. 2018 та діє до повного використання коштів за даною додатковою угодою, але не довше 28.02.2018 року.
3. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.

Зміна ціни на газ можлива при зміні встановленого згідно із законодавством органами державної статистики індексу споживчих цін, зміні курсу іноземної валюти, зміні біржових котирувань або показників Platts, регульованих цін (тарифів) і нормативів, зміною закупівельної ціни на газ, а також за інших підстав, передбачених чинним законодавством.
