Керуючись частиною 5 статті 41 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю та внесення змін до нього» розділу VIII «Договір про закупівлю» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII в редакції від 19.04.2020 року, відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію договору № № 88 від 29.03.21 р (далі — Договір) на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме — до 31.03.2022, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі.
