1. У зв’язку з необхідністю здійснення оплати у 2023 році, керуючись п.4 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору та викласти в наступній редакції: «Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання Сторонами та скріплення печатками Сторін і діє до «31» грудня 2023 року, але в будь-якому разі – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за даним Договором.» 2. Сума кредиторської заборгованості, що зареєстрована в управлінні Державної Казначейської Служби України у Великобагачанському районі на 01.01.2023 року та підлягає сплаті Покупцем складає 85,00 грн. (вісімдесят п'ять гривень 00 копіок).
