ПДВ -25080,00 грн., що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, що визначена в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.

На підставі п.п.2 п.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» , п.3.2 Договору №0307 від 03.07.2019р, сторони дійшли згоди про зменшення ціни одиниці товару з урахуванням того, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в додатковій угоді №5 від02.03.2020 до договору №0307 від 03.07.2019р. Відповідно до зміни ціни в бік зменшення сторони домовились зменшити суму додаткової угоди №5 від02.03.2020 договору №0307 від 03.07.2019р на 3240,00 грн.
