Розділ 11. Інші умови – доповнити таким пунктом:
11.2.3 Відповідно до ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII, Сторони продовжили строк дії договору від 10.03.2021р. № 14/21 (надалі первинний договір) з 01.01.2022р. до повного виконання сторонами договірних зобов’язань на суму коштів не більше 20% вартості, визначеної у первинному договорі, яка становить: 164 000,00 грн. (сто шістдесят чотири тисячі грн 00 коп.) , а саме до 30.06.2022р.
Додатковий договір вважається чинним, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
Інші умови врегульовані умовами Договору № 14/21 від 10.03.2021 р.
Додатковий договір складений в двох примірниках по одному для кожної сторони та є невід’ємною частиною договору № 14/21 від 10.03.2021р.
