Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору. В зв’язку зі встановленням нових тарифів суму договору зменшити на 3569,40 грн. Загальна вартість договору становить 815610,60 грн. з ПДВ. обсяг предмету даного Договору залишається актуальним згідно останньої його редакції. Слова в тексті договору «АТ «УКРТРАНСГАЗ» замінити на «ТОВ «ОПЕРАТОР ГТС УКРАЇНИ». Внести зміни до підпункту 7 пункту 13.3 розділу 13 виклавши його в наступній редакції. Реквізити споживача викласти в новій редакції. Більш детально в додатковій угоді.
