Кропивницький та підвищенням ціни на масло вершкове 72,5% , на підставі експертного висновку Кіровоградської регіональної торгово-промислової палати від 09.04.2019року № В-247 та наданого листом постачальника № 16 від 15.04.2019 р про підвищення цін за 1 кг товару на предмет закупівлі, керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.11.2 Розділу ХІ Договору, сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору шляхом укладання ДУ.
