Керуючись ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної в договорі, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.

1. Доповнити п.1.3 розділу 1 Договору новим абзацом:
"Планові обсяги постачання газу на 2018 рік по місяцях:

2. Викласти п.3.2 та п 3.3 Договору у наступній редакції:
"3.2 Ціна з 01.01. 2018 року за 1000 куб.м. природного газу з урахуванням тарифів на транспортування магістральними мережами, податку на додану вартість становить:
11157,24 грн. за 1000 куб.м., в т.ч. ПДВ 20%"
3. Доповнити п 3.3 Договору новим абзацом:
"У відповідності до законодавства, що регулює відносини на ринку природного газу та у сфері державних або публічних закупівель Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму Договору на 2018 рік, відповідно до затвердженних видатків, на 61866,89 грн., що не перевищує 20% від суми Договору.
4. Дана Додаткова угода вважається укладеною з дати її підписання і поширює свою дію на відносини, що склалися між Сторонами з 01 січня 2018 року по 31 березня 2018 року - в частині постачання газу, а в частині проведення розрахунків - до їх повного здійснення.
