У зв'язку зі значною зміною обставин-зростання закупівельної ціни на нафтопродукти постачальник не має можливості відпускати бензини та дизельне паливо за ціною, зазначеною в договорі про закупівлю №16/17 від 15.01.2021 року. Коливання курсу грошової одиниці України - гривні-стосовно курсів іноземних валют тягне за собою автоматичну зміну ціни па вищезгадані товари. Закупівля бензинів моторних та палива дизельного здійснюється постачальником від виробників (дистриб’юторів, постачальників) з врахуванням курсу долара США по відношенню до гривні. Відпускна ціна контрагентам також прив’язана до вищезазначених обставин, з врахуванням індексів споживчих цін на товари та послуги, затверджених органами державної статистики та оприлюдненого на офіційному сайті www.ukrstat.gov.ua купівельної ціни
