У зв’язку з зростанням вартості одиниці газу природного, Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну газу природного та внести зміни до Договору постачання № 1від 30.12.2016 р. та викласти його у наступній редакції: 1. Пункт 1.2. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: 1.2. Річний плановий обсяг постачання газу – до 34 647 куб. м. 2. Пункт 1.3. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: 1.3. Планові обсяги постачання газу по місяцях: 1 квартал 2 квартал 3 квартал 4 квартал січень квітень липень жовтень лютий травень серпень листопад березень червень вересень грудень 3. Пункт 3.2. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: 3.1. Загальна сума Договору є звичайною, і становить 260 541,66 грн. крім того ПДВ 52 108,34 грн., всього з ПДВ – 312 650,00 грн. та розраховується шляхом множення необхідного обсягу газу на ціну газу за 1000 куб.м з ПДВ. Ціна газу на момент укладення договору становить 9 294,60 грн. за 1000 куб. м, в тому числі ПДВ 1 549,10 грн. 4. Зобов’язання сторін, по даній додатковій угоді, відповідно до ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу, виникають з 01 лютого 2017 року
