Керуючись ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. №922-VIII, сторони дійшли згоди щодо збільшення обсягів товару по Договору № 373 від «08» серпня 2019 р. на закупівлю товару «Сирні продукти» (Сир твердий Російський 50% ) ДК 021:2015:15540000-5, а саме: Сир твердий Російський 50% на 175,000 кг до 1050,000 кг.
Збільшити суму Договору № 373 від «08» серпня 2019 р. на 26239,50 грн. з ПДВ.
