1. Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та у зв’язку з продовженням строку дії Договору до «31» березня 2021 р., Сторони домовилися збільшити вартість Договору на 165 405,00 грн. (Сто шістдесят п’ять тисяч чотириста п’ять гривень 00 копійок), в т. ч. ПДВ – 27567,50 грн., що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю.
2. Внести зміни до п 5.1. Договору, та викласти його у наступній редакції:
«5.1Ціна цього Договору становить 1 171 992,68 грн. (один млн. сто сімдесят одна тис. дев’ятсот дев’яносто дві тис. 68 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 195 332,11 грн.»

Керуючись положеннями Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», п. 6 розділу Х «Прикінцеві та перехідні положення» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VІІІ від 25.12.2015, п. 11.1 Договору, враховуючи прийняття постанови НКРЕКП від 09.12.2020 №2353, яка набирає чинності з 01.01.2021, якою зменшено розмір тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії, який є складовою ціни на електричну енергію, що поставляється за Договором, Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору.
