Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни та викласти в новій редакції: 1. Пункт 2.1 «Ціни на товар у специфікації вказані у гривнях згідно Специфікації (Додаток №1) , яка є невід’ємною частиною Договору» 2. Пункт 2.9 «Вартість товару включає тільки ціну самого товару без ПДВ» 3. Внести зміни до Специфікації, яка наведена в Додатку №1 до Договору та викласти її в новій редакції 4. Специфікацію (Додаток №1 до Договору №6 від 15.01.2021 р.), вважати невід’ємною частиною договору. 5. Пункт 5.2. доповнити та викласти в наступній редакції: «ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК поставляє товар за місцем розташування ПОКУПЦЯ –СПОЖИВАЧА, а саме: м. Кам’янське, бульвар Героїв, 9, в строк до 31 грудня 2021 року» 6. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
