1.Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору про закупівлю електричної енергії у постачальника універсальних послуг №ЧР-102702/179К від 29.08.2019 року, а саме:
1.1 пункт 10.1. Розділу 10 «Строк дії Договору» викласти в новій редакції:
«Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання Сторонами і діє по 31.12.2019 р. Згідно з ч.З ст. 631 Цивільного Кодексу України, Сторони домовились, що всі умови цього Договору розповсюджують свою дію на відносини, які виникли з 01.08.2019 року.».
