Відповідне повідомлення про внесення змін не вважати додатковою угодою. Враховуючи про результати моніторингу процедури закупівлі № UA-2025-07-11-010849-a, а також технічні можливості електронного майданчику, Замовник вживає заходів, які направлені на недопущення встановлених у Висновку моніторингу порушень у подальшому, зокрема шляхом розміщення додатків до договору підряду від 08.08.2025 № 271 у машинозчитувальному форматі текстових даних. Таким чином, Замовник вважає, що забезпечив доступність інформації, прозорість, дотримався всіх принципів здійснення закупівлі на всіх стадіях здійснення закупівлі, а також подальше вільне та безоплатне використання всієї інформації, яка стосується укладеного договору про закупівлю.
