У зв'язку з внесенням постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 25.04.2023 №384 змін до п.1 та п.2 додатка 3 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 05.06.2019 року №483 "Про затвердження положення про покладення спеціальних обов'язків на учасників ринку електричної енергії для забезпечення загально суспільних інтересів у процесі функціонування ринку електричної енергії " сторони, за взаємною згодою, вирішили внести зміни до Розділу "Термін дії Договору , комерційної пропозиції №ЗУП /Комунальна,що є невід'ємним Додатком 4 до договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг від 26.12.2022року № 21704001, а саме : друге речення викласти в новій редакції "Договір на умовах даної Комерційної пропозиції укладається на строк по 31 травня 2023 року".
