У зв'язку з необхідністю проведення замовником на початку 2022 року процедури закупівлі послуг харчування та з метою безперебійного харчування учнів у закладі, керуючись ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та з урахуванням додаткової угоди №3 від 29.12.20221 року до Договору №01 від 12.08.2021 р. сторони дійшли згоди про таке:
1. Постачальник зобов'язується надавати послуги з харчування учнів пільгових категорій в порядку та за ціною, визначеною в Договорі №01 від 12.08.2021 р. у період з 10 січня 2022 р. по 31 січня 2022 р. включно. Найменування послуг - Послуги з організації харчування учнів пільгових категорій. Код ДК 021:2015 55510000-8 Послуги їдалень (далі - послуги).
2. Загальна вартість послуг згідно з цієї Додаткової угоди №4 складає 6916,00 грн. без ПДВ.
3. Розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюються в порядку, передбаченому розділом 4 Договору №01 від 12.08.2021 р.
4. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов'язання.
