Note:
У зв’язку з закінченням бюджетного року виникла необхідність зменшувати обсяги закупівлі, відповідно до реального фінансування. У зв’язку з цим було укладено додаткову угоду № 1 від 28.12.2020 р. де було зменшено суму до 252 246,81 грн. з ПДВ. Під час реєстрації даної додаткової угоди з’ясувалося, що за даним договором здійснена оплата на суму 252 425,85 грн. з ПДВ, тобто допущена технічна помилка.
У зв"язку з цим було вирішено визнати нікчемною додаткову угоду № 1 від 28.12.2020 року до Договору споживача про надання послуг з розподілу електричної енергії № 16-11-ТР-20 від 06.02.2020 р., шляхом викладення додаткової угоди № 1 у новій редакції, де сума реального фінансування за цим договором становить 252 425,85 грн. з ПДВ.
