(Двісті тринадцять гривень 66 копійок) Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити термін дії Договору про закупівлю до 31.03.2022 року, виклавши розділ Особливі умови та строк дії договору в новій редакції «66. Цей Договір набирає чинності з 23.02.2021 р. і діє по 31.03.2022 р. згідно ст.631 ЦК України».

Керуючись п.4 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», та на підставі рішення Виконавчого комітету Кременчуцької міської ради Кременчуцького району Полтавської області від 14.01.2022 №54 «Про погашення зобов’язань минулих періодів та заборгованості за товари, послуги та роботи, виконані у 2019-2021 рр.», розмір бюджетного фінансування на 2022 рік становить: 213 грн 66 коп. (Двісті тринадцять гривень 66 копійок). Загальна сума договору залишається незмінною та становить: 2 995 грн 90 коп. (Дві тисячі дев’ятсот дев’яносто п’ять гривень 90 копійок) в т.ч ПДВ 20% - 499 грн 32 коп. (Чотириста дев’яносто дев’ять гривень 32 копійки.)
