Враховуючи зміну ціни за одиницю товару з 02.02.2019 року та керуючись пп.2п.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", положеннями Закону України " Про ринок природного газу" від 09.04.2015 р., Сторони дійшли згоди: 1.1 викласти п. 4.1 Розділу IV цього Договору в новій редакції, а саме: 4.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 402234,60 грн, у тому числі ПДВ 20 % - 67039,10 грн, згідно тендерної пропозиції та специфікації (Додаток до цього Договору) що є невід'ємною частиною цього Договору. Варість 1000 м.куб. газу - 11966,40 в т.ч. ПДВ.
