Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони уклали додаткову угоду про наступне: 1. Доповнити розділ 2 Договору №138/Т/21 від 25.06.2021 року пунктом 3.1.1., та викласти його у наступній редакції: «2.1.1. Ціна договору для закупівлі додаткового обсягу послуги встановлення пішохідних огорож та стовпчиків у 2022 році становить 83 279 грн. 00 коп. (вісімдесят три тисячі двісті сімдесят дев’ять гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ».
