У зв'язку з реєстрацією Виконавця як платника податку на додану вартість (надалі ПДВ) на підставі ст.181 Податкового кодексу України (лист Виконавця від 07.05.2018), що зумовило зміну ставки податку, в зв'язку з внесенням змін до капітальних видатків та переліку об'єктів, видатки на які у 2018 році будуть проводитися за рахунок коштів бюджету розвитку, коригуванням Замовником завдання на проектування, яке зумовило зміни в обсягах робіт та призвело до продовження терміну виконання робіт та терміну дії договору (Додаткова угода №3 від 18.06.2018).
