Договору про закупівлю №66/86 від 13.03.2019 р. та за взаємною згодою Сторін укладено цю додаткову угоду про наступне: 1. Продовжити термін дії Договору про закупівлю № 66/86 від 13.03.2019 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, до 31 березня 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. 2. Всі інші умови Договору про закупівлю № 66/86 від 13.03.2019 року залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.

Всі інші умови Договору про закупівлю № 66/86 від 13 березня 2019 року залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання. 3. Ця додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін. 4. Ця додаткова угода вступає в силу з моменту підписання Сторонами та вважається невід’ємною частиною Договору про закупівлю № 66/86 від 13 березня 2019 року.
