1. Абзац 1 п. 11.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: "Цей договір набирає чинності з дати підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення їх підписів печатками (за наявності) Сторін і діє в частині постачання газу з 01 січня 2017 року до 28 лютого 2018 року включно, а в частині проведення розрахунків - до їх повного здійснення". 2. Внести зміни до п.1.3 Договору, додавши інформацію "Планові обсяги постачання газу на січень - лютий 2018 року наступного змісту: "Планові обсяги постачання газу на січень - лютий 2018 року: 1 квартал: січень - 6,047 тис. куб. м, лютий - 5,000 тис. куб. м. 3. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму Договору на 115430,92 грн., в тому числі ПДВ, на суму що не перевищує 20% Договору, з метою здійснення видатків на початку 2018 року на час проведення процедури закупівлі і викласти пункт 3.6. Договору на постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів №11410N1H4JEB017 від 27 січня 2017 року в наступній редакції: "Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним договором і складає 692585,53 грн. (Шістсот дев'яносто дві тисячі п'ятсот вісімдесят п'ять грн. 53 коп.), з ПДВ.
