Відповідно до п.1, ч.4, ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції від 02.04.2020 року) та п. п. 11.2 укладеної угоди, зважаючи на фактичні потреби закладу, обумовлені введенням карантину в Україні, необхідно зменшити об’єми закупівель по наступним продуктам харчування: - капусти свіжої з 200,00 кг. до 0,00 кг. - помідорів свіжих з 1000,00 кг. до 500,00 кг. - огірків свіжих з 1000,00 кг. до 500,00 кг. - щавлю свіжого з 500,00 кг. до 200,00 кг. - редису свіжого з 500,00 кг. до 0,00 кг. - полуниці свіжої з 700,00 кг. до 0,00 кг. У зв’язку із зменшенням об’ємів закупівель необхідно зменшити і загальну суму договору на 146000,00 грн., а саме: з 237750,00 грн. до 91750,00 грн.
