Збільшити ціну за одиницю товару та встановити її на рівні: Бензин А-92 – 28.24 грн./л. 2. Зменшити суму договору № 118/17 від 15.02.2018 року на 53401,60 грн. та викласти пункт 3.4. Договору у наступній редакції: 3.4. Загальна сума договору складає 109538,40 грн. (сто дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот тридцять вісім грн. 40 коп.) з ПДВ. 3. Внаслідок вище зазначеного внести зміни до специфікації даного договору та викласти у наступній редакції.

1.В зв’язку з виробничою потребою внести зміни до пункту 3.4. Розділу 3 та викласти зміни в наступній редакції: Зменшити суму договору на 5 395,80 грн.(П”ять тисяч триста дев’яносто п’ять грн. 80 коп.) Загальна сума цього Договору становить 104098,34 грн.(Сто чотири тисячі дев’яносто вісім грн. 34 коп.) 2. Дана угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання і є невід’ємною частиною договору №118/17 від 15 лютого 2018 року. Решта умов договору залишається без змін і є невід’ємною і обов’язковою до виконання сторонами. 3.Дана додаткова угода складена в двох примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із сторін.

(вісімдесят шість тисяч вісімсот одна грн..80 коп.), з ПДВ. 3.Внаслідок вище зазначеного внести зміни до специфікації даного договору та викласти у новій редакції. 4.Додаткова угода та специфікація складена в 2-ох оригінальних примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід’ємною частиною договору № 118/17 від 15.02.2018 року 5.Додаткова угода діє з моменту підписання Сторонами. 6.Всі інші умови договору залишаються без змін.
