Керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 12.7.1. Договору № 614 від 11.09.2020р. Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі та відповідно ціну договору на 875 025,10 грн. З урахуванням даних змін Сторони узгодили викласти Специфікацію (Додаток №1 до Договору) у такій редакції: Додаток № 1 до додаткової угоди № 1 до Договору № 614 від 11,09.2020року (Додається)
Пункт 3.3 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «3.3. Ціна Договору: 94 157,00 грн. (Дев’яносто чотири тисячі сто п’ятдесят сім грн. 00 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 6 159,80 грн. (Шість тисяч сто п'ятдесят дев’ять грн. 80 копійок).
