1. Сторони дійшли до згоди, що пункт 3.1. цього Договору в наступній редакції:
«Строк поставки: до 31.05.2026 року. Допускається дострокова поставка Товару за погодженням Сторін, на умовах DDP (відповідно до Міжнародних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів Інкотермс у редакції 2020р.) за кінцевим місцем призначення, що знаходиться за адресою: Харківська обл. м. Балаклія. Конкретна адреса місця поставки товару зазначається в заявці, яка подається в письмовому вигляді або на електронну пошту. Перехід права власності на Товар відбувається в момент підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної. Допускається дострокова поставка Товару за погодженням Сторонами.».
2. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін, і Сторони підтверджують їх актуальність.
