Сторони уклали дану Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Постачальник зобов’язується поставити товар в порядку та за ціною, визначеною в Договорі № 18 від 14 січня 2022 року (далі - Договір) в період з 01.01.2023 року по 31.01.2023 року включно.
2. Загальна сума вартості Договору на момент підписання даної угоди з усіма змінами становить 189 921 гривень 60 копійок без ПДВ. Відповідно до затверджених видатків на 2023 рік 20 % від суми початкового договору про закупівлю складає 31 644 гривень 00 копійок без ПДВ
3. Кількість/ обсяг товарів згідно Додатку №1 Договору № 18 від 14 січня 2022 року з урахуванням змін становить: дет. в скан.копії.
