1.Відповідно до частини 6 статті 41 Закону України »Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 10.1. Договору Сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. 2. Ціна цієї Додаткової угоди становить 282 908,00 ( Двісті вісімдесят дві тисячі дев’ятсот вісім гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.
