Відповідно до вимог ч.6 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (чи в редакції Закону чинній на момент укладення договору), у зв'язку із необхідністю проведення на початку 2021 року тендерної процедури закупівлі електричної енергії та з метою безперебійного постачання електричної енергії з 01 січня 2021 року по 31 січня 2021 року включно уклали додаткову угоду № 11 від 23.02.2021 року. Відповідно до цього сума договору збільшиться на суму додаткової угоди у розмірі 64403,53 грн. з ПДВ.
