У зв'язку з наявними кошторисними призначеннями, сторони уклали цю додаткову угоду №1 ( далі додаткова угода) до договору №19-332 від 22.01.2019 року про наступне :
1.Доповнити розділ 3 «Ціна постачання природного газу». П.п.3.3. «Загальна сума договору становить 861 434 грн.33 коп. ( вісімсот шістдесят одна тисяча чотириста тридцять чотири гривни 33 копійок) за 1000 куб.м., з урахуванням витрат на транспортування природного газу (тариф на транспортування природного газу 363 грн 60 коп. ( триста шістдесят три гривни 60 копійок без ПДВ), крім того ПДВ 172 286,87 грн ( сто сімдесят дві тисячі двісті вісімдесят шість гривен 87 копійок),всього з ПДВ – 1 033 721 грн 20 коп.( один мільйон тридцять три тисячі сімсот двадцять одна гривна 20 копійок).
Відповідно до ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» обсяги закупівлі можуть бути зменшені відповідно до фактичного обсягу видатків замовника.
На дату укладання Договору №19-332 від 22.01.2019 р платіжні ( бюджетні ) зобов’язання виникають щодо оплати частини предмета закупівлі в межах доведеної суми ( у межах кошторисних призначень), які складають 549216,00 гривен( п’ятсот сорок дев’ять тисяч двісті шістнадцять гривен).
Оплата залишку предмета закупівлі відбувається виключно за наявності коштів згідно з кошторисом ( планом використання бюджетних коштів) при наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення ( бюджетних асигнувань).
Подальше виникнення зобов’язань буде збільшуватися відповідно до кошторисних призначень та буде регламентуватися шляхом укладання додаткової угоди, але в будь-якому разі не може перевищувати загальної суми Договору.»
У зв'язку з наявними кошторисними призначеннями, сторони уклали цю додаткову угоду №1 ( далі додаткова угода) до договору №19-332 від 22.01.2019 року про наступне:пп.3.3

«Платіжні (бюджетні) зобов’язання виникають щодо оплати частини предмета закупівлі в межах доведеної суми (у межах кошторисних призначень), які складають 607 616 (шістсот сім тисяч шістсот шістнадцять) гривень 00 коп., в тому числі ПДВ 101 269 (сто одна тисяча двісті шістдесят дев’ять) гривень 33 (тридцять три) копійки».
