Продовжуєм строк дії договору на наступний рік відповідно п.4 ч.8 та п.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIІІ (дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.)

Відповідно розділу X п.10.2 Договору №299 від 22.11.2016 та ч.8 п.4 , п,5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 р.№922-VII в зв'язку з затвердженням кошторисних призначень на 2017 рік сторони домовилися збільшити суму Договору, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, а саме на суму 143390,71 грн. з ПДВ , з продовженням терміну дії даного договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2017 року.
