З урахуванням п.1.3. договору та п.6.2.3. договору, відповідно до п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" №922-VIII від 25.12.2015 сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків та потреби в електроенергії.
Зменшити суму договору на 76523 грн. 00коп. (сімдесят шість тисяч пятсот двадцять три грн. 00 коп. з ПДВ) в кількісному виразі зменшити на 33151 кВт. та викласти в новій редакції п.3.1. Гранична ціна Договору становить 555448 грн. 00 коп з ПДВ (Пятсот пятдесят пять тисяч чотириста сорок вісім грн. 00 коп. з ПДВ) кількість кіловат становить 311849 кВт.
