Керуючись частиною 5, статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" «дія договору про закупівлі може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку» та п.11.1 Розділу 11 Договору про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти №182 від 26.07.2019 р. (далі – Договір), Сторони уклали дану Додаткову угоду до Договору про наступне:
1. Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору та викласти в наступній редакції:
«п.10.1 Цей договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання і дії по 31 березня 2020 року або до повного виконання зобов’язань за цим Договором».
