1. Внести зміни до п. 5.1 розділу V. НАДАННЯ ПОСЛУГ та викласти в наступній редакції:
5.1. Строк надання послуг за цим Договором – до 31.12.2017р.
2. Внести зміни до п. 5.3 розділу V. НАДАННЯ ПОСЛУГ та викласти в наступній редакції:
5.3. Послуги діляться на три етапи:
І етап - підготовчі роботи, що становить 20% від загальної вартості;
ІІ етап – складання документації із землеустрою у двох оригінальних примірниках, що становить 67% від загальної вартості;
ІІІ етап - складання електронного документу у форматі XML, що містить відомості про результати робіт із землеустрою (після погодження в установленому порядку технічної документації із землеустрою щодо інвентаризації земель у відповідності до вимог ст. 186' Земельного кодексу України) та отримання витягу з Державного земельного кадастру, що становить 13% від загальної вартості.
3. Внести зміни до Календарного плану виконання (Додаток №3 до Договору) та викласти в новій редакції.
