З метою запобігання порушенню законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель скасувати всі зміни, які були внесені додатковою угодою № 1 від 01 жовтня 2025 року. Сума договору залишається незмінною – 144 999,84 грн (Сто сорок чотири тисячі дев’ятсот дев’яносто дев’ять гривень 84 копійки), у тому числі ПДВ – 24 166,64 грн. (Двадцять чотири тисячі сто шістдесят шість гривень 64 копійки). Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період січень – грудень 2025 року також залишається незмінним – 16496 кВт*год.
