Основний договір по закупівлі було продовжено на 20% 27.12.2019. на строк до 1.04.2020 року Додатковою угодою від 27.12.2019 року. (при внесенні змін було обрано підставу: Продовження строку дії договору на наступний рік ) Станом на 27.12.2019 року не було затверджених кошторисів на 2020 рік. Тому аж 22.01.2020 року Замовник оприлюднив додаткову угоду, якою визначив суму додаткової угоди на продовження строку дії Договору. Технічної можливості знову обрати підставу «Продовження строку дії договору на наступний рік» не було (оскільки тоді знову довелося б змінювати строк дії договору), тому замовник вибрав «Покращення якості предмета закупівлі». Таким чином, не було технічної можливості привести загальну суму Договору у відповідність (сума договору + сума продовження на 20%). Тому, Замовником вносяться відповідні «зміни» для того, щоб відкоригувати ціну і технічно було можливо оприлюднити звіт про виконання договору.
