Note:
1)У зв’язку з коливанням ринкових цін на нафтопродукти на внутрішньому ринку України, що підтверджується довідкою № 24.14-05/470, яка видана 08.11.2017 року Полтавською Торгово-промисловою палатою України , Сторони домовились і вирішили, згідно з пунктом 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктом 2.2. Договору, змінити ціну за одиницю Товару (але не більше ніж на 10 відсотків) та у зв’язку з цим збільшити ціну за одиницю товару та встановити вартість за 1 л : Бензин А-92 –24,63 грн. Дизельне паливо –22,80 грн.
2) Зменшення суми договору на 3,10 грн. згідно п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»
