Відповідно до пункту 8 частини 4 статті 36 та згідно частини 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 року №"922-VIII ( із змінами та доповненнями) і пункту 11.2 Розділу 11 Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди внести зміни до Договору та збільшити його суму згідно чинного законодавства. Сума зобов язань за даною Додатковою угодою не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі попереднього бюджетного періоду і складає 185014,13 грн. (Сто вісімдесят п ять тисяч чотирнадцять грн. 13 коп.) у т.ч . ПДВ-12103,73
