В зв’язку з внесенням ТОВ "ПРОЕКТ-СТУДІЯ" до реєстру платників ПДВ з 01.08.2020 року сторони вносять зміни до Договору № 64 від 22.06.2020 року:
1. Пункт 2.1 договору викладають у новій редакції:
2.1. Загальна вартість здійснення технічного нагляду за цим Договором становить 45 900,00 грн.(Сорок п’ять тисяч дев’ятсот гривень 00 копійок),в т.ч. ПДВ - 7650,00 грн.
2. Пункт 2.2 договору викладають у новій редакції:
2.2.Вартість технічного нагляду за виконанням робіт в 2020 році складає 4000,00грн. ( Чотири тисячі гривень 00 копійок), в т.ч. ПДВ - 666,67 грн.
3. В пункті 8 внести зміни в частині Виконавця: слова «не платник ПДВ» замінити на «платник ПДВ».

«Договір набирає чинності з дня підписання його Сторонами і діє до 31 грудня 2022 року,
але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами зобов’язань за цим Договором»».
2. Викласти реквізити «Виконавець», що містяться в розділі 8 «ЮРИДИЧНІ АДРЕСИ СТОРІН»
