Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору. Викласти преамбулу договору в новій редакції. Слова в тексті договору «УКРТРАНСГАЗ» замінити на «ТОВ «ОПЕРАТОР «ГТС УКРАЇНИ». В зв’язку з новими тарифами на постачання природного газу зменшити суму договору на 14603.38 грн. Загальна сума договору – 3210370,22 грн. До пунктів 7.1 та 7.2 розділу 7 договору внести зміни та викласти його в новій редакції. Внести зміни до абзацу 3 підпункту 7 пункту 13.3 розділу 13 виклавши його в новій редакції. Банківські реквізити споживача викласти в новій редакції. Більш детально в додатковій угоді.
