Згідно експертного висновку В-458\1 від 18.05.2018 було проведено експертизу середьої ринкової вартості на бензин марки А-92,А-95, дизельне паливо на території України станом на 18.05.2018р.,яка визначила таку середню ринкову вартість на бензин марки А-92-28,37грн., А-95 -29,32 грн,ДП - 27,12 грн.Згідно цього пункт 3.2.Договору викласти у такій редакції:
"3.2.Сторони керуються наступним асортиментом Товарів та цінами на них:
Бензин марки А-92 ціною(вартістю) 28,49 в т.ч.ПДВ за 1 літр
Дизельне паливо ціною (вартістю) 26,99 в т.ч.ПДВ за 1 літр."
