Відповідно до наказу Міністерства енергетики України від 07.03.2022р. №110 сторони домовились про узгодження ціни на газ з 01.03.2022р. Ціна 1 куб.м. природного газу без урахування ПДВ - 40,83333333 грн., крім того компенсація вартості послуги доступу до потужності становить 0,12416000 грн. Всього ціна 1 куб.м. природного газу становить 49,148992 грн. з ПДВ.

У зв'язку з відключенням від системи газопостачання об'єкту меморіал "Вічний вогонь", розташованого за адресою м. Жовті Води, бульвар Свободи, 31А, Сторони дійшли згоди розірвати Договір та зменшити суму Договору на 118 097,13 грн. (сто вісімнадцять тисяч дев'яносто сім грн. 13 коп.), відповідно пункт 3.7. Договору викласти в новій редакції:
"3.7. Гранична ціна даного договору становить 81 878,56 грн. (вісімдесят одна тисяча вісімсот сімдесят вісім грн. 56 коп.), в тому числі податок на додану вартість 13 646,43 грн. (тринадцять тисяч шістсот сорок шість грн. 43 коп.)."
